Charging Time

Charging time is the duration required to fully or partially recharge an Electric Vehicle’s battery.

It depends on several factors: the average charging power (kW), which is determined by both the charging point and the vehicle; the battery capacity (kWh); and the initial state of charge (SoC).

A shorter charging time is usually associated with a rapid or ultra-rapid charging point.
