Chargepoly joins the MAN Truck & Bus France ecosystem to accelerate heavy-duty e-mobility

As the electrification of heavy transport gathers pace, Chargepoly has been selected as an official charging solutions provider by MAN Truck & Bus France. This partnership will give MAN customers comprehensive support to deploy charging infrastructure that is fast, reliable and tailored to the new generation of MAN electric trucks.

Through this collaboration, transport operators will benefit from a turnkey solution including site assessment and sizing, rapid delivery of modular charging systems, intelligent software supervision and associated services. The aim: to ensure a smooth transition to electric fleets without disrupting day-to-day operations.

“Heavy-duty e-mobility cannot succeed without charging infrastructure designed for the real needs of hauliers. By working with Chargepoly, we are making the switch to electric easier for our customers, with scalable, high-performance equipment fully compatible with our eTGX, eTGS and eTGL ranges. This partnership is an integral part of our commitment to support the sector’s energy transition,” explains Mathieu Pierrat, Electric Vehicle & Charging Infrastructure Consultant at MAN Truck & Bus France.

Chargepoly delivers high-power charging solutions up to 400 kW, ideally suited to MAN’s new electric range, covering trucks from 12 to 46 tonnes with battery capacities between 240 and 560 kWh. The stations are compatible with CCS fast charging (up to 375 kW) and MCS megawatt charging (up to 750 kW), meeting the demands of long-haul and regional distribution transport.

“Decarbonising heavy transport requires charging solutions that are not only powerful and intelligent, but also economically viable for operators. Being referenced by MAN Truck & Bus France validates our fleet-centric approach: charging designed to serve both total cost of ownership (TCO) and operational efficiency,” says Thomas Vanquaethem, Deputy CEO of Chargepoly.

With MAN Truck & Bus France setting the target of one in ten trucks being electric by 2025, and one in two by 2030, the availability of reliable, interoperable and future-proof infrastructure is becoming a strategic lever for the energy transition.
